At this study session, the City Council will receive a presentation about the Zoning Code Update and discuss key issues the project should address. Once available, the meeting packet will be published on the City's website: https://www.cityofsanmateo.org/55/City-Council
At this virtual workshop, participants learned about the Zoning Code Update, including the General Plan 2040 goals and policies that are guiding this process. The workshop included a presentation, time for questions and answers, and a discussion about the key issues the Zoning Code Update should address.
